Who Are We

Xenia Daniels

Victoria Rodriguez

Xenia Daniels is the co-founder of Empowering Voices and Changing Futures LLC. She created this organization because she believes that every person deserves to be heard, respected, and supported—especially when navigating the often overwhelming healthcare system.

She brings over 13 years of experience in the healthcare field, along with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and a Master of Science in Health Administration. She is also currently furthering her expertise by attending school for Medical Billing and Coding. Her educational background and hands-on experience allow her to understand healthcare from both the administrative and patient perspectives, strengthening the advocacy and guidance she provides to individuals and families.

As a healthcare advocate, Xenia stands beside her clients during some of their most vulnerable moments. She helps them understand their options, navigate complex systems, coordinate care, and make informed decisions with clarity and confidence. Her goal is to reduce stress, eliminate confusion, and ensure no one feels alone in their healthcare journey.

Beyond her professional life, she is a proud mother of four amazing children and a devoted dog mom to six pups. She is also a loving and supportive wife to a current military service member, giving her firsthand insight into the unique challenges and sacrifices military families face. Family is her foundation and her motivation.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, taking long walks, and relaxing with a good mystery movie. These moments keep her grounded and remind her why advocacy matters—because behind every case is a family who deserves care, dignity, and support.

Through Empowering Voices and Changing Futures LLC, Xenia is committed to amplifying voices, breaking down barriers, and helping create better outcomes for the individuals and communities she serves.

Empowering voices. Changing futures.

Co-Founder

Victoria Rodriguez is a dedicated patient advocate, entrepreneur, and mother whose personal journey navigating the healthcare and therapy systems inspired her to co-found Empowering Voices, Changing Futures.

When Victoria's second son was born and started experiencing development delays that marked the beginning of an unexpected and life-changing path. As developmental differences became more apparent, Victoria found herself immersed in early intervention services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and countless medical appointments. At age three, he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.

Over the next eight years, Victoria became more than a parent—she became an advocate. She learned the language of therapy, education plans, insurance authorizations, evaluations, and diagnoses. She witnessed firsthand how overwhelming and isolating the system can feel for families. She also saw the power of early intervention, the importance of collaboration, and the life-changing impact of the right supports.

Determined to create inclusive spaces and meaningful support for families, Victoria became the owner of We Rock the Spectrum Piscataway, an inclusive sensory gym serving neurodivergent and neurotypical children alike. Through her leadership, she has built a community-centered environment where children of all abilities can grow, play, and thrive.

As Co-Founder of Empowering Voices, Changing Futures, Victoria now uses her lived experience, professional insight, and deep compassion to support families navigating medical, therapeutic, and educational systems. She is passionate about ensuring that every child’s voice is heard, every family feels supported, and no parent has to navigate the journey alone.

Victoria believes that advocacy is not just about services—it’s about empowerment, education, and creating futures filled with possibility.
